Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.

Spring Work Teams Organizing

We have several projects lining up, now that Spring is here.Winter took its toll on the new rail bed and a solution is being designed.Nature and water are hard to fight sometimes. This is the result of a small stream becoming a meandering river during the winter's heavy thaw. This hole is a result of the groundhog who is refusing to be displaced.
We have to work on a solution to this problem also.

We are looking for workers to rake top soil to support the berm of the trail surface.
We will put up about 400 feet of field fence along the pond area near Mill Creek,
and start re-identifying locations for the educational signs at the Municipal Park Nature Trail.
Watch for a work day soon.

If you are looking for some outdoor activity, or can put a team together, contact us at lvtrail@gmail.com
